  Excellent Im extremely happy with the laser. Very easy to use. It only took a very short time to set up and start using. I was engraving in no time. So far, I’ve made aluminum business cards, slate coasters, dog tags, engraved tools, and engraved some rings with the rotary tool. I couldn’t be happier with the unit. Ive purchased virtually every available accessory for it. All the rotaries, the 100 watt fume extractor, and the medium sized safety enclosure. We plan on adding this to our small business.

  Very affordable 20W fiber laser
  As I am not experienced in the area in more like hobby maker, this machine for me opens a lot of new possibilities. For anyone who is reading this: remember, focus is very important, 1mm difference leads to completely different results on metals.I had an issue with the power button, but this was resolved by ComMarker support and now it is working as it should.Only one thing I can wish for me now is an open source option for software, but this is completely different story.

  20 Watt B4 Besides deep engraving, my 20W B4 will cut 0.8mm aluminum and 0.4mm stainless steel. I am very happy with it. I like that it is relatively compact and that it is fully compatible with Lightburn – both features that were instrumental in my purchasing the 20W B4. One feature lacking, however, is a camera. I made a camera bracket from aluminum (cut with the B40) to mount a ELP 720p Camera Module on the side of the B4. The lads at Commaker should add a camera as an option but it is easy enough to add one yourself.

  I received my laser earlier than anticipated. I was missing the thumb drive with the files on it. I contacted ComMarker. They sent me an email immediately with the files I needed to get up and going. The pictures attached were my first try at doing a photo on a metal business card. (Second day of receiving) A truly superb machine! I can’t wait to see how far I can take this!I highly recommend this laser and the company.

  I’ve been testing this machine for a few weeks and it’s great the price. I’ll attach some pictures and a video to this review. I don’t have a lot of space, so I appreciate the compact size.It works very fast on anodized aluminum and leaves a solid black mark on stainless steel if you use the z-marking method (you can see that on the stainless steel dog tags pictures).The machine is well calibrated by default, but you can always get more detailed results if you calibrate it yourself. I followed the instructions of an awesome YouTube video called “FIX your Galvo Laser F-Theta Lens Distortion with Ezcad Corfile”, the channel is called Laser Everything, and if you are a new fiber laser user like me, this is going to save your life.Costumer service response time is very good, and they were willing to answer all my questions, before and after the purchase, and I did ask a lot of questions.I feel good about my purchase, if in the future I find any problem I’ll update my review.

  Works well and has plenty of power to engrave stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum and more. I have not yet set up the rotary device as I am still learning Lightburn and all it does with this very nice laser. So far I have done stainless steel, mild steel, painted steel and anodized aluminum. Fantastic results with fine details. There’s a competitor offering a laser for, on sale, $3400 (Regular price is $4k) and it’s 1/30th of the power of the ComMarker B4. This is definitely the way to go. No pecking for me. I don’t want to spend all day to do something that the B4 can do in 5 seconds. **I definitely recommend this brand and model.**
